  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Any opened/used product
  • Lingerie that has been tried on
  • Lubricants, oils, condoms, cosmetics once sealed packaging is broken

4. Refund Process

Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
